Welcome to Hope Self Storage here are some things to think about before booking your storage.

1. Decide on the space you need –

Useful tips to bear in mind when choosing a size.

How high can you stack stored items?

Do you need space to pack and unpack?

Will you require extra storage space to grow into over time as you add new items?

Better understanding your storage requirement can mean getting the most out of your space.

Once you have a good idea of the size space you need.

2. Hope Self Storage offers storage solutions in a variety of sizes which you can BOOK straight away on our website. Payment will be for an initial period (one month) and will include a £50 fully refundable deposit.

If you need to purchase a padlock add one to your basket before making payment.  

You will be shown a copy of our T&C’s to agree to before making your order.

3. Once you’ve rented a space you are ready to BOOK a visit on our appointments page, to drop your things off.

4. When you are moved in you will be able to book visits from the website homepage when you need to come by. We are open Mon-Fri 9-5pm.

CAN I PAY NOW AND MOVE IN LATER? 

If you want to book and secure your storage in advance, no problem!  We can hold your room for up to two weeks. 

You can also book your move in date ahead of time by simply booking an appointment. This can be rescheduled anytime if your plans change.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF TIME I CAN STORE WITH YOU?

As long as you want we charge a minimum of one calendar month and a weekly rate after that.

You only need to give us a three day notice period, so that you will never have to pay for space you do not need.

WHAT CAN I STORE?

Absolutely anything! Just as long as it’s not highly flammable, perishable, alive or illegal!

HOW DO I KNOW SOMEONE ELSE DOESN’T HAVE ACCESS TO MY POSSESSIONS?

Your storage unit is securely locked by yourself and only YOU will have the key, not even us.  

HOW DO I PACK & UNPACK EVERYTHING?

On arrival, you will have full use of our excellent loading/unloading facilities, on site free parking with trolleys available to make the process as easy as possible. We can also recommend a man with a van if needed.

INSURANCE

Insurance can normally be arranged through your home insurance provider, or alternatively we have recommended insurance providers. Send an enquiry if you need further details.
